A New Mark

Mark is running all the time! If you don't think running 20 miles on a Saturday morning can do wonders for your figure, you should check out what it did for Mark. He is amazing. He often rises before the sun to run. I laugh when he says, "I'm only running 8 miles today." I admire his dedication!!! I guess I don't always appear to be supportive. Once when he came back from a very long run, I told him I could have driven to Dallas and back in the same amount of time. I don't think he liked that. I run only when someone is chasing me. I know I need to get out and exercise more. Right now he is running enough for both of us!
