No school today!

We are all home today! The kids (including Mark) enjoyed "sledding" down our neighbors driveway. I knew those Woodway hills would come in handy someday. The kids looked alittle woobly out there at first. Luckily, our neighbor, an ER doctor, was on hand just in case someone drew blood. They got the hang of it pretty quickly and I had to beg them to come in for some hot oatmeal! Mark can not let a fun time pass him by.
Evan was very confident by this time.
Lindsay missed a lot of the fun because she had to have the perfect "ice outfit."

Evan's Ice

Evan wanted to share these two pictures:School was delayed two hours this morning. Evan had plenty of time to explore outside. He was busy collecting icicles and trying to catch snowflakes in his mouth.
Evan thought this ice looked like the shape of Africa. Africa is always on his mind!

A New Year

Happy New Year to all! 2007 has been lovely so far. Football, shopping and the return of children to school top the list of our favorite activities. We have a new family member. Her name is Jessica. We mostly call her "Jess"
If you see Lindsay, you will see Jess because they go everywhere together. They are "Twinns."
Getting dressed in the morning takes a little longer because the girls have to coordinate outfits. I love having a girl.

The boys are back in school. Drew was Leonardo DaVinci last night at "A night with the Artist." Imagine our surprise when we saw him come out to present dressed like this:

Do you recognize the Mona Lisa?
